David is Hawkins\Brown Technical Director and a seasoned architect responsible for the delivery of projects across sectors and forms of construction. He has been an Architect and Principal Designer under CDM 2015 since its advent and is leading the way under Building Regulation Principal Designer duties in the wake of the Building Safety Act; including co-authoring and presenting the new 2024 RIBA Principal Designer Course.
