Paul Bussey- A qualified practicing Architect working on many complex projects , developing a specialism for the assimilation of construction legislation and its proportionate integration into all types of projects. The 1984 Building Act & Regulations, 1994 CDM Regulations and now the 2022 Building Safety Act have all developed and evolved during this time necessitating clear understanding of their intentions. Worked with many other Safety related organisations and became a Fellow of IFire E, IIRSM & ASFP and an Incorporated member of the APS. These connections have helped Paul to become Chair of the CIC Health & Safety Committee & the HSE's CONIAC , Keeping Pace with Change Working Group, Chair of DIOHAS and Author of the RIBA's ""CDM 2015 Practical Guide"" . He has worked with the Government on the development of the CDM 2015 Regulations, Interim Industry Competence Committee & the BS 8671 for Designer Competence & recent Fire Regulation Steering Groups.
