Director Scott Lewis has more than 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, delivering structural engineering in the UK and beyond. Scott brings to Whitby Wood his expertise in knowledge management and working with a range of codes of practice, as well as an appreciation of the value of using innovative design approaches and procurement methods. He leads the design of structural engineering packages, drawing on his comprehensive experience of working on schemes at all stages — from concept development to handover. He runs multi-disciplinary teams engineering built environment projects in a wide range of sectors including retail, education, government, residential, sports + leisure, energy, transportation and mixed-use developments. Scott’s projects range in scale from small retail to high-rise residential, from car parks to stadiums, and more. Notable projects include the Tottenham Hale Regeneration Project, Queen’s Quarter, Tolworth Tower refurbishment and the Canada Dock Boardwalk.
