Owen Edwards is a Chartered Building Engineer. Owen has worked in the Building Control profession for over 35 years, where his expertise has been developed across all project types, within both the public and private sectors.

Owen’s current role is acting as a building control consultant, advising the company and clients on matters relating to Building Safety legislation. Owen has expertise to assist clients to comply, not only with the technical requirements of Building Regulations, but also to advise on their duties and the procedures they need to follow to comply with the Building Safety legislation.

Owen provides CPD, technical advice and interpretation, and acts as Counsellor to APC Candidates and Trainees. Owen provides Expert Reports on disputes in relation to Building Regulations and allied legislation. He also sits on the Executive Committee and the Education Group of the Association of Building Control Approvers.
