Chouaib is an Architect and Building Envelope Specialist with an MSc in Façade Engineering and over 20 years of experience across the UK and international markets. He has led façade teams and delivered consultancy services for diverse projects, including Selfridges Birmingham, Aldar HQ, Abu Dhabi World Trade Centre, and Salalah Airport.

His expertise spans façade and fire engineering, with a particular focus on assessing fire risks in existing external wall systems and developing remediation strategies. He combines safety, functionality, aesthetics, and performance to deliver compliant, innovative and client-focused solutions. Chouaib is a Fellow of the Society of Façade Engineering (SFE, UK) and a LEED AP, committed to advancing façade engineering and promoting best practice in the built environment.
