With over 17 years’ experience in the UK fire and rescue sector, Lucy Macleod is a Borough Commander in London Fire Brigade and an award-winning strategic leader in resilience, emergency response and operational risk. Having led national capabilities in technical rescue, operational assurance and Urban Search and Rescue, she brings extensive expertise in complex incidents, emerging risks and public safety. Lucy holds and MSc in Disaster and Crisis Management is a Fellow of the Institute of Search and Rescue (InSTR) and the Institute of Civil Protection and Emergency Management (ICPEM).
