Sarah Duffy is a Building Safety professional with over 25 years’ experience delivering regulatory compliance, fire safety, and structural risk management across complex residential portfolios. A CIOB Level 6 qualified specialist, she has extensive expertise in developing Building Safety Case Reports for High-Risk Buildings (HRBs) in line with the Building Safety Act 2022, including Gateway 2 and 3 processes, Golden Thread integration, and engagement with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR).

She has led large-scale HRB programmes covering more than 500 buildings, advising organisations and executive teams on compliance, governance, resident engagement, and statutory obligations. Sarah combines strong technical knowledge with strategic leadership, successfully managing multidisciplinary teams delivering fire strategies, FRAEW assessments, compartmentation surveys, and structural safety programmes across both public and private sector organisations.
